At The Gstaad Guy, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if your selection is not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the signature packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original boutique packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all authenticity cards.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our atelier.
